The first edition of the Learning Journey in 2022 was developed as a three month educational program for active and aspiring philanthropists that consisted of two in-person retreats in Brussels (June 13-18th) and London (August 25-28th), as well as webinars and online mentoring sessions. The program focused on adaptive leadership, shaping personal purpose and charting effective philanthropic action, through extensive group work, workshops, and study visits. Speakers of the program represented philanthropic organizations, social entrepreneurs, academics, and impact investors.
